Skimmed Milk Powder, Soy Protein Isolate, Maltodextrin, Starch, Palm Fat Powder, Gelling Agent (Potassium Chloride – INS 508), Natural & Nature Identical Milk Flavouring Substances, Emulsifier [Lecithin Powder – INS 322 (i)], Thickener (Xanthan Gum – INS 415), Sweetener (Steviol Glycoside – INS 960), Stabilizer (Guar Gum – INS 412), Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol).

How to use
To prepare a meal replacement, mix 27 g (2 scoops) of ShakeMate® and 25 g (3 scoops) of your favorite Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix with 300 ml water, and blend. To prepare a healthy drink, add 27 g (2 scoops) of ShakeMate® to 300 ml of water and blend.
RECOMMENDED USAGE: For adults, consume 1 – 2 servings a day. For children above 2 years, consume 1 serving a day.
Store with the lid tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Product is required to be stored out of reach of children.
